This course will introduce students to Dan Dana’s Essential Process for Conflict Resolution, a simple yet highly effective approach designed for everyday workplace and personal interactions. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the foundational principles that make this process work and have the opportunity to apply it in real-world scenarios.
Course Details:
Online Format
This course will be presented online. In order to participate in this format, students must be available during session times listed without distraction. In addition, students require a strong internet connection, a computer with a webcam, and a microphone.
Attendance for all sessions is mandatory
Pre-Course Work & Homework:
Before the course begins, students will be contacted via email and asked to provide their mailing addresses for course materials. Students will receive three course modules and the book Managing Differences: How to Build Better Relationships at Work and Home by Daniel Dana. While reading these materials ahead of the class is encouraged, it is not required.
