      Hello, I’m Kim I’m an Early Resolution Advisor at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA). My work involves talking to people about complaints, and the role is expanding into resolution. I’m looking forward to this course to incorporate what is learned into my day to day work.
