Wendy L. Hassen

With a unique combination of training, skills and experience in both mediation and facilitation, Wendy helps people have effective discussions whether they meet to share ideas, create plans, tackle issues, or resolve conflict. Wendy has worked extensively in labour relations, workplace, organizational development and strategic planning, with over 20 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Wendy is frequently invited to provide third party support to multi-stakeholder groupscommittees to help them build effective working relationships, build consensus, and create plans to achieve shared goals. Wendy also enjoys teaching and coaching conflict resolution and communications skills.
