Practicing Mediator, Arbitrator and Lawyer. Chartered Mediator since 2002. Chartered Arbitrator since 2017. Has conducted in excess of 300 mediations in commercial, personal injury, shareholders disputes, and professional liability mostly in the context of Queen’s Bench litigation. Has arbitrated numerous cases, both as sole arbitrator and as Panel Chair on arbitrations involving contractual, construction and commercial disputes and as Referee in numerous construction disputes. Practicing lawyer for 43 years primarily in civil litigation.
