Biography
Over the course of 31 years at the Alberta Bar, Peter has been a trusted and committed advocate in a wide spectrum of legal disputes, earning the distinction of King’s Counsel. Initially he acted as a Provincial and Federal Crown Prosecutor as well as criminal defence counsel in hundreds of criminal cases. For the past 25 years he has acted as lead counsel for both plaintiffs as well as defendants in a broad array of complex civil litigated, arbitrated and mediated disputes. Throughout his practice, Peter has been keen to represent a wide variety of clients ranging from individuals and small business owners to large international corporations.
