Biography
Kevin is a formally trained mediator and Chartered Arbitrator with an extensive educational background in alternative dispute resolution. In addition to practicing law in Calgary since 1994, Kevin has been involved in numerous arbitrations in the areas of insurance, personal injury, real estate, wills and estates, corporate law, and labour and employment law. He also has over 200 hours of ADR training. Kevin holds a Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada. He also serves on several administrative tribunals.
Kevin’s ADR training in conflict management, negotiation, arbitration and mediation, combined with his diverse experience as a lawyer, provides him with the ability to apply creative and different approaches to help parties achieve dispute resolution based on their needs and preferences.
