Overview

Karen is a Chartered Mediator, Licensed Professional Investigator, professional coach,  and skilled facilitator who has been using her skills in concert for over 15 years to assist organizations to overcome workplace conflict and become healthy and productive workplaces.  Karen uses a variety of approaches to conflict such as individual conflict coaching, facilitating difficult conversations, conducting mediations and workplace health assessments and reviews.  She assists clients recover from long standing conflict through workplace restoration.

Karen also provides investigation services to various organizations, including government, education, and health regulatory bodies.
