Biography
Founded in 2015 by Judy Balombin, JRB Mediations has been providing conflict resolution services for workplace conflicts, separation & divorce issues, and other family and civil disputes. Located in Edmonton, Alberta, JRB Mediations provides on-line and in person mediations.
With JRB Mediations, you can rely on our expertise to navigate you through conflicts, freeing yourself from stress and moving forward in life. We excel in guiding and facilitating parties through negotiations and conflicts, providing the support needed to make informed decisions. Our adeptness lies in digging deep to the core of the issues and helping individuals overcome the barriers, complexities, and challenges of the conflict situation, ultimately facilitating resolution and agreement.
Judy experience also includes providing mediations services over a number of years to the Alberta Provincial Courts Civil Mediation program resolving disputes regarding contracts, real estate, renovation, landlord tenant issues, and more. She has spent several years as a full-time mediator with the Alberta Energy Regulator mediating complex, highly technical oil and gas disputes between landowners and companies, and between companies.
