Completed 450+ arbitrations as sole arbitrator, panel member or chair in construction, commercial leasing, contract, shareholder, insurance or sport disputes. Arbitrators roster membership includes the ADR Institutes of Canada and Alberta, Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada, Real Estate Council of Alberta, and American Dispute Resolution Centre. ADRIA member since 1988, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 2000; 200+ hours training through various ADR programs.
