Course Instructor: Mark Donovan
ADRIA’s mediation training prepares learners to effectively facilitate the understanding-based approach to resolving disputes. This approach is also referred to as facilitative, win-win, or interest-based mediation.
This course requires that you complete the readings and exercises assigned in advance of each session.
Note: The course and activity manuals will not be covered in full during the class. There are concepts in the manual that are for your reference as you grow in your practice of mediation.
