      Hello!

      There is a reference in the Preparing for a Difficult Conversation Worksheet that says “For more information on disclosure watch the Communications in ADR review video (Learner Videos (adralberta.com) Start at 34 minutes.”

      When I try to click on the link to the Learner Videos @ adralberta.com , it says I need to purchase a membership in order to access it.

      Is this something we need to watch in advance of Tuesday? If so, is there somewhere else we can find it?
