I look forward to working with you in this transformative communication course. I have been a Chartered Mediator since 2003 and have run my full-time private mediation practice ever since. Learning never ends, and, therefore, I have added certifications in various areas, advancing my knowledge and skills in conflict management. I have become a certified administrator of the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and graduated from Erickson Coaching International as a trainer and life skills coach. I completed postgraduate studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership with a focus on mindset and behavior change. In 2022, I obtained certification as a Neuro-Change Practitioner.

I have served as Executive Director for Education with the ADR Institute of Alberta and managed provincial court mediation programs for Alberta Justice. My expertise spans private practice, academic teaching, and leadership roles in mediation education across North America and Europe. I integrate neuroplasticity, mindset science, and reflective practice to help mediators and clients navigate complex human dynamics with clarity and compassion.
