Hi from Katrina

Hi everyone,

My name is Katrina, and I am newly hired as a Project Manager for CASA. I’m so interested to see this organizations’ documentation used as reference material for this course. My background is in environmental conservation work in British Columbia, administering grants and conservation projects for terrestrial species and ecosystems. I’m looking forward to learning the processes for consensus based decision-making, as I think it may be the way I’ve had the most success in my prior work, but without knowing it!
