Mike Wenig – Introduction

Hi everyone.

I’m a 65-year old, semi-retired lawyer. I’m interested in learning more about the art and practice of mediation and in becoming a qualified mediator.

I’ve practiced mostly in the areas of environmental, natural resources, and energy law (and, lately, access to information) and represented government, private, and non-profit clients, working in both the US and Canada.

I’ve represented parties in mediations throughout my 40-year career and, of all the cases I’ve worked on, the ones that have settled have been among the most satisfying.
