As the Marketing and Communications Consultant at the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta (ADRIA), Amy brings a global perspective and a results-oriented approach to advancing ADRIA’s visibility, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach. Passionate about bridging cultures, empowering teams, and driving meaningful impact, Amy oversees multi-channel marketing campaigns, develops data-informed strategies, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to promote ADRIA’s mission across Alberta’s diverse communities.
With over 10 years of international experience spanning China, the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands, Amy has led transformative projects in international education, regulatory compliance, digital marketing, and operational optimization. At ADRIA, she leverages this background to craft compelling narratives and consistent messaging across platforms like LinkedIn, email, and Facebook.
Currently an MBA candidate at the University of Alberta, Amy specializes in strategy, change management, and operations analytics. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she focused on business, media, and cross-cultural communication. This strong academic foundation, paired with a global professional journey, reflects a commitment to innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement—values that are deeply aligned with ADRIA’s vision of accessible and high-quality alternative dispute resolution in Alberta.
