May 2026 Learner Session – Preparing to Negotiate

Course Description:
Preparing to negotiate takes some thought and planning, and at times can be more difficult than one might imagine. This one-hour session will be particularly beneficial for students taking the Communications in ADR and can also provide tools for anyone attempting to engage in a difficult conversation. Gloria Lechky will touch on listening and speaking skills and discuss some strategies that might be helpful for a successful outcome. Join Gloria on May 6 from 6-7 pm.
