Join Mark Donovan as he discusses Caucusing in the Age of Zoom.
A caucus is a private meeting between the mediator and one or more parties involved in a mediation. Research and the experience of many mediators has shown that caucus can contribute to successful outcomes and party satisfaction with the mediation process. The advent of mediations conducted by Zoom has offered a new way to conduct caucuses that has advantages as well as challenges. Come for an exploration of what caucus can look like and how to manage it in the age of Zoom.
