ADRIC – Workplace Mediation – Follow Up to a Member Survey
Register
Late last year, ADRIC issued a survey to its members about their experience and interest in Workplace Mediation. The response was outstanding: some had a great deal of experience, many expressed interest in becoming workplace mediators and others were confused about the practice and how to be considered for the work.
Some believe that a Workplace Mediation initiative is not likely to generate real work for mediators who lack extensive practical experience in labour relations and related workplace issues. Some feel otherwise.
On October 6th 2021, we are offering an opportunity to our members to learn more about types of Workplace Mediation, the skills required, current opportunities and the role of the Workplace Mediator in the future.
Join Vicki Scott for a lively debate as she puts questions to a high-calibre panel of experts about whether ADRIC should consider supporting the advancement of a Workplace Mediation project.
