Anoushka Fernandes is a respected executive leader with over twenty-five years of professional experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.  Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to successfully transform teams from good to great and to provide calm and steady leadership in the face of chaotic situations.  She has supported teams to effectively execute business continuity plans in the face of physical and digital threats, and to build trusting relationships which are positively leveraged to resolve points of conflict.

Anoushka founded 2023 Marcelino Marise Solutions, a corporate governance consultancy which supports client organizations to close policy gaps, deliver tangible results against strategic priorities, and effectively engage staff to boost organizational performance.

Anoushka is passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting others to reach their potential.  She believes it is essential to start by meeting others where they are – she has studied several languages and religions in her travels across Canada and around the world to better understand different perspectives.  She is also a student of new technologies and is excited to help organizations harness the power of artificial intelligence to make their planning, decision-making, and operations more efficient.
