Biography
Mr. Jessamine is a pioneer with 25 years of experience in the fields of construction and alternative dispute resolution and is a former member of the board of directors of the ADR Institute of Alberta.
Mr. Jessamine is actively practicing in Canada and the United States as an arbitrator, referee, project neutral, advisor, advocate, expert witness, litigation consultant and facilitator. His clients include law firms, provincial & municipal governments, owners/developers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors and individual shareholders.
Mr. Jessamine has worked in various capacities on hundreds of complex claims and disputes with single claim values that exceed 70 million. He specializes in highly complex major construction and infrastructure projects, including surety bond claims and has written hundreds of opinions both binding and nonbinding.
Mr. Jessamine is an accredited qualified arbitrator (Q. Arb) by the ADR Institute of Canada and possesses two other industry accreditations of P.GSC and GSC which are a Professional Gold Seal Certificate and a Gold Seal Certificate issued by the Canadian Construction Association as an extensively experienced and exceptional Project Manager in General Contracting.
