Biography
I develop/deliver workshops plus provide mediation/negotiation services. My workshops focus on excellence and conflict management. My goal is to provide individuals with the skills necessary to prevent or effectively manage a relational/organizational crisis. Participation in a mediation/negotiation can also be a learning experience for clients. The resolution of the immediate issue can introduce an alternative action for future challenges. I look forward to working with employers/employees or families in resolving issues that disrupt their healthy environment.
