Biography
A corporate and commercial lawyer and businessman with over 30 years experience in all facets of business start-up, development and transition, addressing issues of success and failure with the broadest array of solutions available. Engagements have been wide-ranging, advising sole proprietorships, private enterprises (corporations, partnerships, joint ventures ), micro to large public enterprises, mega- projects and governments. Experienced as well with on-the-line personal involvement in business start-up, operation, acquisitions and sales and issues of survival and as a leader and director of many enterprises, including non-profits . Overriding philosophy is to achieve equitable, efficient, well tailored resolution of challenges. Have recently turned attention to applying solicitor and counsel experience to ADR application
