An ADRIA Event
As a learner you may think "Now that I have such amazing skills, when do I use them to intervene, to assist, refocus, or bridge? And, when do I stay out?" That is, are your interventions appropriately addressing destructive interactions between parties? Or, are they interrupting passionate, yet productive, exchanges? How comfortable are you with conflict?
You are invited to take an hour to participate in a learning bite (an appetizer) about Dan Dana's work "Managing Differences" and his model. In the second hour, explore comfort with conflict through discussion, skills review, and exercises.
This session will be facilitated by Marne Turnbull.
