Select and Appoint Process
ADRIA provides a Select and Appoint referral process for a fee to parties who need assistance choosing a mediator or arbitrator with specialized knowledge in a field or industry to help settle a disagreement, including when there is a contract dispute.
ADR Clauses for Contracts and By-laws
Plan ahead by adding an ADR clause to your contract, or by-laws, to provide a collaborative process to resolve any potential disagreement:
Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP)
Resolve disputes about vehicle defects or new warranty administration with your vehicle's manufacturer through binding arbitration offered by the CAMVAP program.
Conflict Management Training and Professional Development
Take our courses or programs to improve your conflict management skills, or to become a mediator or arbitrator. Organizations can use our training to develop internal resources for cost-effective conflict resolution:
