      Marj: You have excellent listening skills; you made me feel important and heard as the unskilled participant. The conversation felt natural throughout.

      Michael: You are great at showing empathy, and sprinkled in tidbits from early on to share about yourself. You also clearly identified common interests between yourself and Marj (unskilled participant).
