DESCRIPTION:\nGuest Speaker: Erika Deines\n\nBridging Knowing and Doing\n\nErika Deines is a Chartered Mediator, Neuro-Change Master Trainer, conflict coach, and long-time contributor to the advancement of mediation practice and education in Alberta and beyond.
