DESCRIPTION:\nPlease read through the below carefully to ensure you can attend all of the 12 sessions as scheduled.\n\n\n\nThis course will introduce students to the causes and effects of interpersonal conflict, with particular emphasis on the dynamics of conflict, conflict resolution styles and the cycle of conflict.\n\n\n\nCourse Details:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOnline Format\n\n\n\nThis course will be presented online. While online, it is the same experience as you would have in a classroom setting. You have a live instructor & coaches, group work in breakout rooms, and group discussions. In order to participate in this format, students must be available during session times listed without distraction. In addition, students require a strong internet connection, a computer with a webcam, and a microphone. \n\n\n\nAttendance for all classes is mandatory.*\n\n\n\nPre-Course Work & Homework \n\n\n\nPre-course – once you have signed the confidentiality agreement, the materials will be sent to you, and you will also be given access to the course web page on adralberta.com.
