It prepares us to be open to unlearning our old thought patterns and behaviours.\n\n\n\nThrough a series of activities and discussions, you will develop a curiosity surrounding the complexities of the neurodiversity concept and the impacts it has for individuals, organizations and society when we don’t practice neuroinclusion and accessibility.\n\n\n\nClick here for course outline!\n\n\n\nAt the end of this training, you will be able to:\n\n\n\n· Communicate how you personally identify within a diversity of human brains through a lens of neuro-majority culture.\n\n\n\n· Conceptualize the importance and impact of neuroinclusion throughout various aspects of society.\n\n\n\n· Approach discussions surrounding neurodiversity with a human-centric focus using a lens of curiosity.\n\n\n\nThis is a 2-part webinar.\n\n\n\nMay 22nd: part I\n\n\n\nMay 29th: part II\n\n\n\nPre-learning survey: May 15th\n\n\n\nUpon completion, participants will receive a certificate from all 4 institutions who have partnered together to deliver this training: the Foundation of Administrative Justice, Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta, Delta Learning Solutions and Harmony in the Workplace.\n\n\n\n*Participants must attend all sessions and complete all assignments in order to receive the certificate.\n
