Our international faculty will provide training on how to consider, assess and manage potential cross-border issues in order to create a more sophisticated approach and strategy to these complex cases. \n\nThe course will cover legal and practical content pertaining to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction including key considerations such as jurisdiction, parental child abduction, children’s views and preferences and caselaw that may be relevant to mediators working with families residing in more than one jurisdiction.\n\n(14 hours over both days)\n\n \n\n
